Rules (WCR);
1.2 The Raceboard Class Rules & Championship Rules;
1.3 This Notice of Race (NoR) & the Sailing Instructions (SIs).
1.4 Where there is a conflict between Class Rules and the NoR, the NoR
will take precedence.
2. Competitors shall attend the opening & closing ceremonies, including the dinner and prize giving.
3. The IRC is a category 'C' class as set out in ISAF Regulation 20 - Advertising Code.
